Summary:
The Interactive Developer is responsible for working with a team to develop, document, test, and deploy web and other interactive projects.

Primary duties and responsibilities:

• Working closely with the account, creative, and interactive teams to complete projects efficiently and effectively
• Implementing content, motion, and interactive components within sites and applications
• Helping concept and problem-solve complex designs and applications
• Participating in tool or plugin development and documentation
• Diagnosing and resolving technical problems
• Exercising your creative side and new approaches to getting things done
• Maintaining a working knowledge of advances and trends in programming and technology

Required qualifications:

• Between one and five years of experience in web and interactive development
• A bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline
• Experience with multiple Internet technologies including web architecture, database design and creation, and user interface design
• Superior problem-solving, communication, and organization skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that requires close attention to detail
• A strong work ethic, flexibility, and commitment to continuous improvement
• Team player with the ability to work well independently

Required technical skills:

• Proficient with the following languages: Cold Fusion, PHP, ASP.NET, JavaScript/JQuery, SQL and Microsoft SQL Server
• Working knowledge of: HTML, XML, DHTML, CSS, tableless layouts, ActionScript, etc.
• Ability to build web sites using Dreamweaver, Photoshop, and Flash
