Have you been bombarded by chain-like statuses in your Facebook feed that claim if you copy/paste this message and post it, you’ll be free from Facebook’s new privacy update? : “You own all of the content and information you post on Facebook, and you can control how it is shared through your privacy and application settings.” Don’t let these “legal notices” scare you into posting them yourself. Next time you see one, take a minute to pat yourself on the back for knowing the difference between a scam and an actual change. So now that we've exposed the facts, enjoy the fiction that follows.
